Can I register on race day?
Yes, registration is available on race day.
Can someone pick up my packet for me?
We strongly encourage all runners to pick up their own race packet. However, if it is not possible for you to pick-up your own packet, you may have someone pick it up for you. That person will be responsible for verifying personal race information (name, age, birthdate, etc.)
What if I cannot attend the race event?
If you are ill or injured and cannot participate, you may still pick up your packet before the race; or have a friend pick it up for you. There are no refunds of regisration fees, however, and we do not mail out packets.
Can I transfer my registration to a friend?
Entries are non-transferable to another participant.
Will the event take place rain or shine?
The event will take place rain or shine. There may be a possibility of delay in the event of lightning. Race Management Services reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions. Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God".
Is the course certified?
No. The course is not certified.
Is the course pet friendly?
As fond as we are of the K-9 breed, we ask you to leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of other runners.
Is the course stroller friendly?
The course is not stroller friendly. Runners will primarily be running on the fairways which is not conducive to strollers.
