Friday, October 27, 2017

2:00pm to 6:00pm: Packet pick up and Registration

Saturday, October 28, 2017 - RACE DAY

8:00 am: Packet pick up, Bib number pick up and same day registration

9:15 am: Registration ends

9:30 am: 1 Mile Run Start

9:55 am: Race Welcome and National Anthem

9:55 am: Participants line up at start

10:00 am: 5K Start

11:00 am: Post Race Festival and awards ceremony

  • Scenic golf course fairway race course running on the fairways of the golf course

  • Race bib, timing chip and race timing by Hansons Race Management (5K and Fun Run)

  • Runner's Fairway performance t-shirt (5K registrants only - adult sizes only - shirt size not gauranteed after 10/20/2017)

  • Post race athlete refreshments

  • Photography opportunities by Victoria Brown

  • Special Olympics of Michigan charity contribution

  • Access to post race festival - DJ entertainment, food and beverage available at the clubhouse to keep the party going

  • Bring your friends and family, your entry includes spectator entry at no charge

5K Pricing 

  • $40 through October 27, 2017

  • $45 Race Day (if event is not sold out)

1 Mile Run

  • $20 through October 27, 2017

  • $25 Race Day (if event is not sold out)

 

Compete in the Runner's Fairway Series - 5K Race at Pine Trace and Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club

  • $60 through October 27, 2017 (One performance shirt is included when registering for the Series)

    • ​Includes Runner's Fairway Series Race Medal (will be given at the Pine Trace race on 11/11/2017)

Group Rate Pricing (5K):

  • $35 per participant for groups of 5 participants

  • $30 per participant for groups of 10 participants

​

Family 1 Mile Run Rate (1 Mile):

  • 4 participant groups | $15 per participant

​

Post Race Festival

Plan on hanging out after you finish and celebrate your race achievement with your friends and family!  We will be having a celebration at our clubhouse overlooking the beautiful golf course landscape.  Full service bar featuring craft beers and food will be available.  Enjoy cooked to order food or prepared fresh salads at your leisure from the Shepherd's Hollow Restaurant.

 

Parking

Event parking will be available at Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club.
